The Dark Side of the Broom is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our residential and commercial cleaning team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality workmanship.
Professional, friendly, and client-focused.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle.
Willing to travel throughout Lethbridge, Taber, and surrounding communities.
Physically capable of performing cleaning duties.
Criminal record check required upon hiring.
Available for daytime shifts, with occasional evenings or weekends as required.
